This paddle is made from 100% cedar. The blade is made with bookmatched knotty cedar providing a unique pattern in every paddle. Cedar for each blade is hand selected to ensure knots are in areas with low stress and every paddle blade is reinforced with fiberglass. Finally a resin rock guard extends the full length of the blade. It all adds up to a durable paddle able to withstand the punishment of a week in the wilderness.
